Never lunch during the week, maybe twice a year with a friend on the weekends. I do meet my DS for breakfast about once a month - we usually meet around 10 a.m. at a restaurant with a waitress and a menu they bring to the table, so does that count?

I work from home remotely for a company two time zones away. My lunch is at 10am, prime 2pm meeting time is at noon my time. I'm lucky if I get out twice a month to lunch. Usually I just walk the dog during my lunch time.

Pretty much never. When I worked in an office we had business lunches occasionally but even those weren't in a "real restaurant" technically, because our fave place was a local tavern. Best fish and chips around. The boss even allowed a beer to go with it, for those that care for it (I don't touch the stuff).

I am lucky that my new boss loves going to lunch! We try to go every 1-2 weeks.

At my last job, I went probably 2 times in the year I was there. (Once when I joined and once when I left!)
