I go for a 3 mile walk every day after work with my dog which usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. Then I go to the gym about 9 p.m. for an hour and a half every night. I work out for 2-3 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday and take my dog for a longer walk on both of these days. I don't usually go to the gym on Fridays as they close early but I take my bike to work and stop on the way home at a tour road in Yorktown to ride a few miles (roads that are like 15 mph, one way, about 15-20 miles long and through battlefields with little signs talking about the Revolutionary War; it's very peaceful and pretty). I love being active. I've never been much into TV. Sometimes I let my love for being active get in the way of laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning...:rolleyes1
 
I like to work out at least 5 times a week. During the cold weather I go to the gym and take whatever classes are going on when I am there. My favorites are kickboxing and variety class, but I also take some zumba classes and maybe spinning. I like spinning but don't like the instructor; back when they had a decent instructor I loved spinning class. If there isn't a class going on when I am there, I run on the treadmill or work the elliptical. Right now I just go to outdoor bootcamp 3 nights a week and run on my off nights. I also swim in my pool, ride my bike, and lift weights at home or do calesthenics on occassion, depending on how much time I have and what I feel like doing.
 
At least five days, I'm either running or swimming. Right now I'm concentrating on the running because I'm training for a marathon in October and the Goofy in January.

And everyday I usually take the dog for a walk so that's 1 to 2 miles there as well.
 

You couldn't tell it to look at me, but I try to walk at least 45 minutes every day. Sometimes the weather gets in the way.:)

I'm doing my first full marathon in October, the Niagara International. Good luck in both of yours and which one are you doing in Oct?
 
I've been a daily runner for the past 370 days. I also do weights from time to time, bike from time to time, etc, and spend a good part of my day chasing my kids around.
 
I work out daily. My favourite exercise is holding the couch down with my butt.
