We were on the Fantasy last Christmas and are planning another cruise on the Fantasy for Christmas 2017. How likely is it that we will see a new broadway show? How long do they typically run for before changing them?

Most shows run at least 6-7 years in order to re-coup the costs in mounting the show.

I don't think you can expect a new show to be onboard.

Fantasy's Aladdin is great, the ship came into service in 2012 non planned changes, Magic should get a new show next spring.

Whilst the show itself runs and runs there are new performers and additions all the time, the golden mickeys for example keeps changing.

Just as a technicality, they are Broadway-STYLE shows. NOT Broadway shows. Aladdin on the Fantasy is NOT the Aladdin you would see on Broadway (not that I plan to see it on the Fantasy or again on Broadway - it's just not my favorite movie/story by a long shot).

Twice Charmed since 2005 (Magic going to LA for Disneyland's 50th)
Golden Mickey's - I don't remember when I first saw it - but it was a long time ago too
