how not to ride IASW

I thought Disney monitored all the dark rides for people doing this? I just don't know how they weren't thrown out! It's so dangerous and stupid.

In my opinion, both of those girls belong on the "permanant ban" list for DLR!

It's all fun and games until someone pokes an eye out.

Stupid doesn't begin to cover my thoughts on those two. The rest I can't say on the DIS.

That should be changed to "it's all fun and games until someone falls, gets pinned under a boat, and dies a horrible death".

Then next thing you know the ride gets shut down for a refit, restraints installed, and you're now strapped in tight as a sausage and uncomfortable. Real nice.

now IASW needs over-the-shoulder restrains like on cali screamn'

nail them to the floor and sing that bloody song over and over

It's not even funny. What a bunch of ignorant girls. I really hope someone has already sent this to Disney so they are banned.

How were those girls not caught? Don't they have video cameras watching all of this? Or did the folks monitoring IASW figure that they weren't doing something so terrible that they needed to be reprimanded immediately, only banned after the fact?

Also, what annoys me most about the video is that they made it as some kind of brag, as if to tell us all how crafty they were. Of course, I get annoyed when I see some kid sticking their hand in the water at IASW. This is a lot worse than that.

Stupid teenagers. What were they thinking. I would have whipped out my cell phone and called Customer Service right then and there.

Wow. On Peter Pan (I think that was the ride) at WDW, I "tested" the restraint lap bar, b/c I was worried about my sons who were riding in front of us and leaning over to look at the ground. I was nervous they could fall out. I pulled the bar up to make sure it was locked, and the entire ride came to a complete stop! The recording came on not to move from your seat or the restraints. I was SO embarrassed!!! So they do have systems on that but I guess not on the boat rides.

is there a contact number for security? Just thinking it might be a good number to add to my Disney collection in my phone hehe

My thoughts exactly! Those are the kind of people that ruin things for everyone else! Stupid, stupid, stupid!! Shame they didn't get caught and kicked out right away. They were able to not only do this once, but a second time. Unreal!

We had people standing up on parts of Splash, and I thought that was bad.

I would be livid if someone was doing something stupid and annoying like that while my family was at IASW.

IASW doesn't have cameras or CMs inside according to the Koenig books.

These girls are silly teenagers, one small slip and they could have ended up under a boat. This is exactly how not one but two people were killed on the old People Mover ride. And those were horribly gruesome deaths.

I hope they are AP holders so their information is on file with Disney, buh-bye APs!

According to the CM I ran into last month, they definitely have cameras in IASW and people do the dumbest things on that ride overall parkwide. That was their personal opinion but they worked there for many years...
