I have a hard time wrapping my mind around this concept or rumor that seems to continue?
They are only so many spots on the rides they can not magically make more no matter how much money they want to make. The math has been done before there are so many spots per hour vs so many visitors, with so many fastpasses being handed out (3per visisitor) coupled with those who are using DAC (no doubt to fluctuate) how would they sell extra fast passes? ON top of that if they were to charge for extra fast passes I would think DAC abuse would put GAC abuse to shame. People would be coming up with all kinds of stuff and finding ways like no other to "beat" the system. Especially one that used to give them something for free that they are now charging for!? May not like it or agree with it but that just seems to be the way people work.
Besides wouldn't they first want to make it more attractive for onsite visitors by giving them more before trying to sell them to everyone?
