how much & when to tip mousekeeping

I'm a $1 per person per day in pre made envelopes kind of girl too.

We tipped $5/day for two adults, but we tend to tip on the high end. I think average is about $1/day per person.

We put ours in these really cute "mousekeeping" envelopes (downloaded the templates off the internet!). We left the envelope on the sink next to the card with the mousekeeper's name in it. Just an aside though, don't expect tons of towel animals just for giving great tips. We did a split stay and only received one towel animal upon check in at each resort. BUT our rooms were immaculate every day! We were very happy with their service
