How much to tip private shuttle driver?

We are a group of 12 people, so we are getting a private shuttle to Port Canaveral. How much should we tip the driver? 15% of the total? 20%? Thanks for any advice.

WE also rented a private shuttle thats taking us from the airport to the port... The company Im using is charging us a 20% tip for the driver.. seems fair I guess

That's a reasonable range. We are usually on the high end, especially if the driver helps with a lot of heavy bags.

BTW, if you have booked round trip you should tip half of that amount each way.
