How much to add on the DDP?

We are going to WDW the end of May. At first we thought we might not want that much food, but are reconsidering now with kids ages 15, and 12. Can anyone tell me how to go about adding it and how much it would cost?

Yes, I know we might not get to eat where we want because ADRs needed to be made quite some time ago. THats ok we're not too picky.

Basic DP would be $37.99 per night for each person in your party. You must stay at a Disney resort and purchase park tickets to be eligible to buy the DP.

For future reference you don't need to be on the DP to make ADRs; just have a desire to eat at the restaurant. So call today and make some ADRs.

For ADR's it will depend on where you want to eat. We just booked our trip for the last week of May last night. I just got off the phone with the reservations people. I was able to get everywhere we want to go, with the exception of the Liberty Tree Tavern. They had reservations available but at almost 9 at night. That won't work for me.

Of course we didn't go for the difficult ones I think. We got reservations for Biergarten and Marrakesh for dinner and for Crystal Palace for breakfast one morning and for the Princess breakfast in Norway. That was the only one that was at an odd time - we got 10:05 reservations one morning and it was the only morning it was available - on the day we check out.

So, I would suggest that you go ahead and look at it. Also, if you want to do sit down at least once a day on average, I think it works out to be a pretty good deal.
