How Much Tip at the GF Spa?

At home I normally tip 20%, sometimes more for smaller services (ie. $15 on a very good $50 manicure) but I am a regular and know the girls that work as my spa well and they are always above and beyond excellent. So how much do you normally tip at the spa? 10%? 15%? 20%? Somewhere in between? Or does it depend on the cost and quality of the services?

I always tip at least 20% at both the GF and SSR spa for each service. I may tip 25% if I have an exceptional treatment.

I have always tipped 20%, both at the CSR where I get all of my massages now and also the one time I went to the GF.

when i went last year i would say i tipped in the 15-18% range, each service i had deserved a different denomination in my mind based on their service, they were very good don't get me wrong, but in comparison to the spa I frequent at home.... they did not compare. At home I do 20-25.
