How much time to tour Universal in February?

I am planning my first trip to Universal Orlando. I think I'm only staying three nights in Orlando in early February. I also want to hit Magic Kingdom and maybe EPOCT. How much time should I need for both US and IOA. At first I was thinking of staying at their hotel for the express pass but at this time of the year would I need an express pass? It would be a long weekend. Thank you!​

I think both parks deserve a day for themselves however since you are going to have limited time, you can do both parks in a single day but you will have to concede skipping quite a bit. Crowds are not heavy during February but you shouldn't rush through both parks especially if it's your first time. Express Plus passes are not generally needed during this period.
