How much time to leave?

I'm tweaking my plan for February/March and I'm not sure how much time to leave between activities and ADRs. I don't want to be running late, but I don't want to over pad and be at a restaurant 25 minutes before my ADR.

My specific questions:

1- HS- Beauty and the Beast 5pm show to a Sci Fi reservation. I know the show is about 25 minutes and it's far-ish from Sci Fi in the park. My initial thought was that I would be safe with a 5:45 ADR, but now I'm questioning myself. Do I need to pad more time to get 2 strollers moving? Hubby and I are fast walkers, but that doesn't matter if we can't even reach our strollers because of the crowds. How bad is the scrum exiting this show in general? I'm not worried about a bathroom break, as we can go at the restaurant.

2- HS to Bon Voyage Breakfast at Trattoria. If we're up near Voyage of the Little Mermaid/Star Wars M&G, should we plan to start exiting the park 45 minutes before the ADR? 30? We're hoping to get the latest "breakfast" we can and treat it as our lunch. The later we can leave, the more morning touring we can get in first. Again, fast walkers with two strollers. If the boat happens to be there, we'll take it, but I'm fine walking since it's going to be the first couple of days of March and unlikely to be ungodly hot.

We were planning about the same thing with Beauty and the Beast and then eating at Sci Fi. I think 5:45 would be fine, but I have never tried it so maybe someone else will chime in.
