Just wondering how long does it take to get seated, order, eat, pay and leave? 1 hour? 2 hours? I have no idea how to plan our evenings without know what to expect time wise.

It can take from an hour to over two hours.

Another factor in planning is - where is the restaurant and how are you planning to get there. Disney transportation, especially resort to resort, can take a while.

I like to smell the roses so to speak when we eat at a sit down restaurant.....i mean not take forever but at least enjoy each part of our meal....Maybe an hour to an hour and a half....

For DH and I we are usually in an out of a TS place 1 to 2 hours but for a buffet we can get in and out 35 to 45 minutes.

Breakfast 45 minutes
Lunch 1hr30
Dinner at least 2hr

We like to enjoy the experience and we get appys, entree and desert/drinks

Keep in mind, that even tho you have an ADR, you may have to wait for your table. I think that we waited almost 45 minutes for our table at Le Cellier.

At the TS you can also set your own pace, so we also take around 2 hrs for dinner. We often eat at the signature places, and will order apps first then hold off on entrees until they are served/eaten (let's us know if we will share entrees or not). You can order all at once, skip courses if trying to be faster, but I doubt it'd be less than an hour for dinner. FWIW.
