How much time should I prepare for?

Right now, I am planning on allow 2 hours time to dine at signature dining restaurant and 1.5 hour for character dining buffet. Does this sound about right?

It sounds about right to me. Character breakfasts usually take at least an hour, often longer, depending on how fast the characters rotate through the dining room.

We eat at Signatures exclusively and 2 hours is right on the money.
