Hope someone can help....I need to get from Saratoga Springs resort to the TTC by bus so we can catch a van for the Richard Petty Experience. What I need to know is how much time we should leave for taking the bus from SS to TTC. The driving experience is an anniversary present for my DH  and I just want be as prepared as we can. Thanks so much :goodvibes

You can't take a bus from SSR to TTC. The buses go direct to the Magic Kingdom. You'd have to get on the monorail at MK and ride around to the TTC. (or take the ferryboat across to TTC).

Thank you for letting me know that :thumbsup2 So now I know we need to leave extra time.

Is there a bus from Downtown Disney that goes directly to TTC?

No, they stopped running direct buses from DD to prevent people from parking at DD for free and riding the bus to the parks.

The best thing to do, I'd assume, is ride the bus to MK from SSR and take the monorail. If you're coming from DD, take the Contemporary bus, get off there and switch to the monorail.

They run direct buses to the TTC from the parks, so if you are at a park you could bus directly there. They don't run them from the resorts. Wilderness Lodge used to have one but I am not sure they do anymore.

Wow, you are great :cool1: You have been a big help :goodvibes

If the Epcot bus came first, you could also take that, then monorail to TTC.

I think this is your best bet.

It may be if the Epcot bus comes first. The walk from the Epcot bus stops to the monorail platform (including the climb to the platform itself, which is longer at Epcot) is probably roughly equivalent to the walk from the MK bus stops to the monorail platform. In either case, the monorail ride (at MK, make sure you take the express monorail) is a straight shot to the TTC.
