How much time for Rafiki's Planet Watch?

We will be a group with 4 adults, a 4yo, a 3 yo and 2 babies. Rafiki's Planet Watch is on our list. How much time should I alot for this? Including the round trip train ride?

When I went with my DS 10 & 8 it took about 1 1/2hr. There was an animal presentation, the talking trash can was about, and we waited to meet Pochahontas (I made them, and they'll tell you that!) We also stopped at the first Family Fun station to get an activity book, but we only did the activity that was at that stop. The amount of time you spend there is pretty dependent on what is going on. I believe they alternate between presentations and characters in the main building. There is a continuous loop of a movie and pretty neat sound booths.

I haven't been there myself, but have had people tell me to allow as much as 2 hours

Can anyone suggest where to fit this in the day's plans? I'm finding it difficult, particularly since there are shows we want to see.

We too spent about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs the other week. It was the perfect way to spend the time waiting for our FastPass time.

The train ride was nice. We meet up with Pochahontas and Rafiki with no wait, and visited the animals in the "affection section". The talking trashcan took a liking to my DD, as she was green too (she had a green shirt on) and he is green. They had quite a little courtship!! He was calling me his MIL to be! It was so funny, DD had an extra shirt along, and ran to the rest room to change it!
