I dug out an old book I got in high school called Our Bodies, Our Selves. It says women should gain between 25 and 30 lbs. But online I read that it should be between 30 and 40 lbs. Maybe my book is outdated and medically inaccurate?
I'm 120 lbs now. What would be a good weight for me to aim for or not aim for?
My mom said she gained 35 lbs with me and Will's mom said it was around the same with 2 of her children and with the third she gained 60.
How much weight did you gain, if you don't mind me asking?

and you will be fine.

....at my 20 week Dr. appointment I gained a total of 9 lbs. I was told 25 to 30 was average. I was also told 30 to 40 if you are underweight pre pregnancy. However, I would not stress about weight. Every pregnancy is different.
with each son!
