How much is your 2016 Disney vacation going to cost you?

We can't fit 2 within a year...Our 2015 trip was 8 nights Poly..and then we rented a car and went to Boca Raton for 1 night..then Key West @ the Casa Marina for 7 nights..drove back to Orlando for flight home- and stayed one extra night to hit up Old Town Orlando...my son loves the slingshot. That was a longer than usual for us trip, and I think it was actually too much at once for him..we had a few weekend/3-4 night trips in '15..but that was our 'big' one.
2016- Doing a 7 night Eastern Caribbean out of San Juan in June..We have a 7 night Westerb Carib DCL very merrytime end of November out of PC..4 nights post cruise at the Contemporary tpv tower.. and then again- quite a few 3-4 night trips to Chicago..Tenn..local at the Great Wolf Lodge (Easter break), and our new thing- 5 nights of glamping in KY.

I don't have any more time to take any other trips..and I'm not willing to use up the limited time that I have to go to Disney World twice... So for us, it would be a waste..but the poster with 3 trips...if that was my schedule I would definitely do it!

gotcha! ooh, jealous of the & night DCL!

we're just back from mardi gras @ U & WDW for a week. Planned it a week out :) RT airfare for 2 including luggage well under $200 and cheap resort rates, even @ Universal.

looking forward to our southern cruise in less than month out of SJU, love it as port of embarkation! since we're flying over MCO, we always tack on a few days/week at the park to save on airfare. A two-fer, lol. that's my story & i'm sticking to it.

doing Myrtle Beach end of June, but only because of crazy cheap airfare on spirit and a great military deal on hotel for 5 nights.

July is still a ? may just add it onto October's WDW/U trip and pick up a cheap cruise out of PC.

$6500 for 7 nights at AKL and 10 day park hoppers...than another 5 nights at WYNDHAM bonnet creek using a friends points so the stay if free but will be still going to the parks and going to see harry potter..so add another 2-3000 on top for universal and MNSSHP and spending money.....only 179 more days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol

I wish Spirit or Southwest or Jet Blue flew in to Cincinnati!!!!!! I had SOOOO many great deals with them before moving here! I lived in Boca Raton, Fl until moving to Cincy 4 years ago. Travel to the Caribbean was much cheaper out of Ft Laud Miami or Palm Beach!!! I MISS THOSE DEALS!! Ok sorry..trying to get over that..;)
Now, we go glamping on summer weekends instead of Bimini etc..lol. But it's actually a lot of fun. Last year was our first time 'camping'..stayed in a "luxury yurt" at Red River Gorge,,was pretty cool. We also just rented a cabin for a weekend 3 weeks ago and did Cave tours, that was a first for me and pretty neat too...I'm embracing the Midwest...or trying to anyway..

I love San Juan as well...and Southern Caribbean are my favorite itineraries...Have fun!!!!!!

Two vacations - April & Nov. 9 days each, two people. $11,720.08 total, including meals, lodging, tickets, airfare. That would be $5860 per vacation.
We are DVC owners, AP holders, buy TIW, tend to eat at a SIG every night.

Our flights cost more than our 14 nights accommodation at WL..Flights approx $3.400 for three adults..Taking off all our freebies..Wilderness Lodge $1.300...( there's a reason in my madness ..lol )

May 28-June 4 at Pop, 2 adults, 2 boys (13, 9) with 7 day base ticket (may add Park Hopper and/or waterpark)
$2400
4 RT flights on Frontier plus baggage fees
$1100
Estimated for food/drinks/souvenirs
$1500

UGH! I don't like to see it broken down like that!! I have been buying Target gift cards on raise.com, then buying Disney cards off the Target website with a 5% discount for having a red card. Have saved a few bucks that way. Every little bit helps!

June 13 - 23 Disney all stars 10 nights with 9 day park hopper for 2 around $2200 with the discount.

June 23-25 beach hotel yet to be picked out. around $350

Car rental for the total trip $200

Food and souvenirs maybe $1200?

Airfare is free thru points. Would have been roughly $800/$900 for the nonstop flights.

Total trip $4000+ give or take.

$28,000!!!!!

14 nights 2bd Villa at SSR = GBP £7,500 (inc 14 day park tickets and DDP)
Return flights from UK (Premium Economy) £12,488

£20,000 is roughly $28,000.

2 adults and 5 kids.

On top of that we will need spending money, hire car, Universal tickets etc

I like reading thru them as well. Looking for tips/tricks and thinking maybe I don't plan Disney very well.lol

9 nights 2 br OKW, 7 adults, 8 day base DDP and MM, around $11815 for April 22-May 1

Had to buy two sets of PIT-MCO flights, since five of us fly out at 5:30 AM, and the last two fly out at 6:30 PM. That cost around....800, and our flight (same plane) back is another 700.

Not sure just how much else we will be spending, but it's definitely the most expensive vacation we've taken.

4 nights at BWI, 2 adults with 4 day park hopper ticket
Hotel: $1500 (booked as a bounceback)
Tickets: $780 through Undercover Tourist
Flights: $480 RT total - just doing carryons since its a short trip
Food: $550 (worked it out looking at menus, including snacks + a cushion)
Souvenirs: I shouldn't even set a budget because we will blow it: $300
Total: ~$3600

Not doing any special ticketed events

We have a 6 night trip booked in a couple weeks for 2 adults and a 2 year old and so far it has cost us $4500:
$2300 for 6 nights at the Poly (through Orbitz)
$1400 flights
$800 for 5 day park hopper

I imagine with food, photopass and souvenirs, we'll probably spend another $1000, so it will likely by between 5-6k total in the end.

The Poly? It was back in January when Disney was running a 30% off promotion for spring dates. I was able to combine it with a 20% off coupon on Orbitz. It took a bit of finagling to find dates that would give us the discount but luckily our schedule was flexible (we had to come in on a Wed and leave on a Tues).

Wow..I didn't know that could could combine promotions. I'm so glad you posted this!! We stayed 8 nights at Poly in a tpv room last trip..I did get 25 or 30% off thru Disney (can't remember which)..but an additional 20% would have made a huge difference- close to $900 less!
I'm going to keep an eye out on other travel sites! We are staying TPV Contemporary in December...I've never even thought to look outside of Disney specials!

8 Nights Animal Kingdom Lodge Pool View, 7 day park hoppers and the Deluxe Dining plan. $7000 for 3 adults, not including airfare.
