Our 2013 vacation starts in a few days! DH and I are taking our 2 daughters (age 18 and 15) and 8 of their friends. Yes we are crazy for taking 10 teenagers to Disney but it's memories they'll never forget. We're covering all expenses except the friends' Park tickets.

Our "Graduation Celebration" July 18 - 23
OKW 1BR & 2BR villas
6 day Parkhoppers
No DDP 3 group ADRs, 1 just me and dh

Plane tickets $0 (points - for all 12!)
Hotel before flight $248 (hotwire 3 rooms 3*)
Airport parking 3 cars $162
Rental car (just me and DH - for grocery run, V&A's, DH to meet us at Parks) $190
Magical express - kids $0
OKW villas $4180
Groceries $300
New TIW card $100
CRT, CP, Sci Fi (group) $2150
Victoria and Albert's (me and DH for anniversary) $500
6d PH $2840 (friends)
APs (our family, 3rd trip on them) $0
Photopass + $149
Exotic driving experience (3 drivers) $519
Non dining tips $200

Grand total of $11,538, of which we will be paying $8698. Sounds like alot, but works out to just over $120 per person per day for our out of pocket expense or about $1000 per person overall.

Oh, and almost all of the "Disney"stuff (except undercover tourist tickets) was purchased with gift cards that I got at the grocery store (with my airline points credit card) so I got $120 in free gas for every $1000 I spent on Disney GC. I put everything else on the airline card as well and ended up with ~$780 in free gas and enough airline points to buy one of the round trip tickets.

Sept 7-14 so 7 nights 2 adults, 3 kids
7 nights at BC

6 day park tix (waterparks & more)
$5603.16

Airfare: credit card points,..first class one way too!
Hotel: very lucky that inlaws gave us a week at their TS, Marriott grande vista
Car to and from airport $130 ( ridiculous, we live 20 min from airport)
Rental car: about $250
Cat sitter: about $300
Stroller rental: sponsored because I wrote for a family blog and did a review
Tickets...6 days from undercover tourist, about $850

Food, gifts,etc...brought the total right around 2k.

Next November, same people, 4 hotel days 2 park days
Hotel at AoA and tickets: about 1,100
Airfare: free ( in laws are flying us to an event in Miami, we made the return from Orlando)

Food will be about $400 including Obama dinner (last trip we had no table service plans, ate breakfast at hotel etc. this item we will have to spend more on food)

So our total should be around 1,600..... Much cheaper the first time lol!!!! B this was a bonus trip, an extra little addition to the faily thing...I can't wait, and though paying fo rig is a big stretch for us, we just had to! Nt going back for another 4 years or so after this :(.

Her Royal Highness birthday package (CRT)
Mickey's Grand Welcome
Limo to/from airport
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

We're just over 10K total, yikes,,,but this is an every 4-5 year trip. If we went more often, we would tone it down a bit. Also, we haven't told our kids that we're going, so I'm pretty pumped about that too!!!
That total includes tax/tip, btw

I know I answered this long ago for our May trip but it looks like we are going back again in November so Ill add that one. This time it's only me and my 5 year old and we are flying for a change. 4 nights 5 days, but we already have APs so tickets are paid for. Planning to stay at Pop. Not entirely sure on what extras we might do like like MVMCP or a fireworks cruise but depending on discounts the least we will end up paying will be around $1,000 but definitely below $1,500.

While you're at it, can I come too? :)

Unfortunately, I already have a few co-workers who plan to stow away in my luggage, so we'll be full! :rotfl:

:faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint:

There were no Grand Villas available anywhere on property. And they're never eligible for a discount anyway. I'm to cheap to pay rack rate EVER. :lmao:

My husband & I are going on our 3rd Disney World Trip this year in October (will be exactly a year from our first trip!). A bit over kill because we go all out each time. Most likely switch it up and go to Jamaica next year. We are newlywed, we don't have kids. Plus my husband travels for work a lot. Vacations are the only times we can get away without having to work. It's very important for us to travel as much a possible before we have kids 4 yrs from now.

2 Adults (husband 23, me 22) October 12 - 19
POFQ Garden View
Deluxe Dining Plan Package
6 day park tickets + Park Hopper

Total Package Price: $3772.34

Plane Tickets: Husband $0 (MetJet, we have 4 free flight credits with them), Me $200? (I'm going to be in Los Angeles on vacation with my parents, I have a multi city delta ticket, so I'm really just making a guess. $0 on flight back)

Gratuity For Dining/Maids: $300

Spending Money: $700 (really no budget but I'm bringing $700 in cash, will have debit card if we want more stuff)

Spa Day: $375? (Maybe, ended canceling last time to go golfing instead)

Total: $5347.34

Oct 17-24, 2013

RT flights from KC for 3- $850
Airport parking for 7 days $50
6 nights at CBR with 6 day PH for 2 adults, 1child $2500
MNSSHP approx $180

FREE DINING!!!

Total: $3680 for two adults, 1 child

Getting 3 generations on a Disney trip that most likely wont ever have a chance to be repeated (and all the life-long memories my daughter will have) ........... PRICELESS!!!!

FYI, it will most likely be another 2-5 years before we can go again so well worth the price tag

2 adults, 3 teeens, 1 child
August trip for 6 nights
2 Bedroom Villa at SSR
7 day hoppers
Plane tix
Mini van rental
Food OOP w/ TIW

$7,500 (gulp)
