How much is the gratuity?

I just did our PS for a couple of the character meals (buffet). The CMs I've spoken with mention that the total cost (per person) includes gratuity and tax. Just curious how much that is? Thanks

I do not know; I just handed our vouchers over, they took them, smiled saying thank you, and walked away.

Thanks so much. I went in April and I don't believe the CM mentioned that when I made my PS. So the waiters/waitresses must have loved me, because I gave them 20% on top of the bill....Live and learn
