How much is dues?

We're giving some thought to purchasing a DVC resell, but can't find any information on dues (which I assuming there must be some sort of annual dues or maintenance, beyond just buying points).

Can anyone clue me in here?

Dues are per point. They are paid in full by January 15th or direct debit from checking account monthly. They are calculated on a calendar year. They include operating expenses, capital replacement reserves and property taxes. Budgets are provided late each fall for the upcoming year.
