How far in advance do they list:
1) Evenings for night time activities (e.g. MK Electrical Parade, fireworks at all parks)?
2) Park Hours?

And how do you find out these details?

Since reservations for restaurants and special programs open up 180 prior to the date, I'd like to plan these with the park for the day accordingly. But if we want to see the electrical parade, then I'd want to make one of those days a Magic Kingdom day, for example).

Go to the official WDW website. At the bottom of the page you'll find park hours which usually include parade times, fireworks, etc. You just have to make sure the date is correct for the day you want to check. There is a little calendar next to the current date on the page (up at the top like a header). Click on the calendar and select the date you want to look at.

They can change anytime upto around 2 weeks before.
