How much has gas gone up to in your neck of the woods?

Right now for the "cheap" stuff it is $1.48 a gallon. I just can't wait to see how far it goes up to when the "war" starts!!

the $1.41 to $1.50 range for the cheap stuff here. But yikes, in NY and CT it's close to $1.70 in some area's!!!

It's $1.49 here as well. It goes up 10 cents every weekend.

The BJ's near me just added a gas station and it has been a life saver. If you are a member of BJs, the gas was (the other day) $1.39 - non members had to pay $1.59 or something like that. It is always at least 10 cents a gallon cheaper, and with the way gas prices are now, 10 cents is alot of money to save!

We have low prices on gas. I can get good quality gas for $1.25 right now if I get it in the right neighborhood. In some parts of town, it's about $1.39. There are some gas stations that have it even lower, but they're the places that don't have pay-at-the-pump, and I don't trust the quality of the gas.

Lovethatmouse, do you find that BJ's gas is good quality? I have a BJ's card, but I've always been too scared to try their gas because it's always the same price as the Racetrack next door, and I would never go to Racetrack. I'd like to use it if I knew it would be okay for my car.

It's $1.48 around the corner from us. We go to Costco's where the gas is only $1.13.

We have the same price here ($1.48) two days ago I saw it for $1.31 and my DH filled up at $1.25 then as well.

$1.47--it goes up every Thursday--every once in a while we will go a few weeks with a regular decline, until it hits about $1.15 at the lowest, then it shoots up--it was $1.35 on Wednesday and $1.48 on Thursday.
Yesterday I noticed gas was $1.35 at Sams, $1.30 if I charged on my Sam's card, which I never use, but that saved me $3.60 over a regular station.
I think the oil companies are going to milk any war we go into big time. What a shame for regular working folks like me who drive 15 miles each way to work! Thank goodness I only kept that Ford Expedition for 3 months back in 99!

It shot up 10¢ a gallon to $1.39 when Venezuela had their oil strike two weeks ago, then on Christmas night (what goodwill and spirit they had! ), it went up to $1.45 a gallon..........

Just filled up yesterday....1.46.....we have a suburban so it was 55.00!!!!!
Down the street, I saw 1.56 for the cheap stuff....so I guess I got a deal!!!

I sure feel lucky! I think ours was $1.21 for regular the other day. Atlanta usually does have good gas prices though.

I haven't seen prices below $1.70 in a long time. Not too fun owning a monster SUV and another car that requires premium fuel only at $1.89 and up.

I left for NJ on Christmas Eve and the gas here was about $1.50, I got back and it sky-rocketed to $1.63. Let's just say I'm running on fumes!!
