How much for photo-autograph album??

Does anyone know what the cost of the Gold Happiest celebration photo and autograph book with pen is?? I am thinking of buying them ahead of time for 17.95 but I am wondering how much more this is than waiting until we get to Disney. Thanks

I know that when we went in August I paid just under $40 with tax for 2 of the gold autograph books. I can't remember the exact price, but $17 sounds right. They are really nice, but we were disappointed that they only hold about 13 pictures. Our boys had 2 blue autograph books that they forgot in our rental car and I didn't want to purchase the same ones in the park again. We ended up having to buy another blue one that afternoon because they had filled up their gold ones. We were going to a character dinner that night and wanted to have one for those autographs too (the boys shared that one). We made sure to have all 3 blue books in our back pack the next day!

I saw someone with a really neat idea for an autograph book. She bought a Disney blank notebook...good luck finding one, I haven't been able to find one ( although I did buy a small Disney scrapbook and will insert pages into it). She placed 4X6 post it's on all the pages where the photo would go and had the characters sign on the space that was left. I guess she'll go home and paste the pictures in. She had a lot more pages with photos on them. Those pages in the Disney books fill up so quickly. I think next time I'll buy one of those Disney books and I'll bring one for the extras.
