One is $6 a day. We actually join that one each summer because we can get a family membership for $200. Since there are 6 of us, that's ~$33 a person for the summer.
The other pool charges based on residency so we don't even bother there. I'm not paying extra b/c I live across town.
The only pools in town are at the Y, a fitness center, and a couple of country clubs. It's alot less to join the Y. It's $45 a month for a family membership.
It is only 75 cents for kids and $1.00 for adults. The catch, it is only open from 2 to 5. It is also open on Tue. and Thurs. from 7 to 9 pm, same price. My grandkids love it, and it is so well run that I can drop them off and not worry.
We don't have one in our "city". But two neighboring cities have them. One is $7 and one is $6 for non-residents. They're nice water-park pools though.
I should add though that we have $50 season passes to a somewhat nearby amusement park with a water park where we swim at least once a week in the summer. If we go on a Monday, we get to bring a buddy for free, which we do, so there's got to be some kind of value in that.

Kennywood or Idlewild? Can't help noticing you're from my neck of the woods!
To answer the OP's question, it's $1.50 for kids and $3 for adults at our local pool, but there's a free one about 10 miles from us. They're just plain rectangular pools with no frills.

You are kidding me!! Our family membership at the Y is $94 per month!
We don't have a city pool but two towns over does. (About a 20 min drive) Their admission is $6 per day if you are over 42" and $4 if you are shorter than that. None of my kids is that short.
In our old town it was $5/day. That pool was an Olympic sized regular pool, a waterslide, kiddie pool and a diving well with 3 boards. The next town over has a 'water park' type pool with zero entry pool, 3 or 4 waterslides, drop slides, playground equipment in the pool, etc. and that is $6 or 7/day.
Our town pool is free! As long as you show residency and get your pass at the town hall. And isn't it great, there are 9 to choose from! That is one of the best things my little cookie cutter town has to offer.
Ours is $1 for the baby pool and $3 for the big pool. It is open from 1-5 and from 6-8 unless there are swim meets. A season pass is $80 and you can put upto 6 people on it.
