We have the Oakland Roots, but the MLS team is the San Jose Earthquakes. I've heard the Roots sell out pretty much every game, playing at a junior college stadium.

My friend is married to one of my local teams players, he’s a good looking nice guy from Brazil. He plays for another team now. Until she married him I honestly didn’t even know we had a soccer team.

I had to Google before answering, because I didn’t know if we had one. Surprise - we do! I am not interested in sports, and don’t follow any teams of any kind. Just not my thing.

I’m surprised you haven’t heard of Orlando City SC before. Disney is a big sponsor and their crest symbol is basically Simba from Lion King. Most MLS opposing fan bases call them the Mickey Mouse Club.

OR fans are probably happier than the SJE fan base at the moment. SJE had a major coaching issue this season.

We do. The matches are SO MUCH FUN! We have converted many into fans, even into season ticket holders. Folks who knew nothing about soccer but love the whole environment.

I love that there are old, young, every color and culture, so many different types of people and we are all family!

FC Dallas - went to a game years ago on July 4th that had fireworks after. Pretty fun but soccer is not our thing.
