How much do you give for a gratuity at a buffet?

I realize it might be to much but for decent service such as keeping up on table cleaning and keeping drinks full it is worth it

We have the TIW so 18% is automatic but before we had that I always gave them 20% if they deserved it

For a buffet, I tip 10% as they don't take orders or bring me my food (just my drinks.) If they go over and above just bringing me drinks, I will tip more.

At a regular restaurant, I go with 20%.
