How much $ do the parks make???

I don't know how they could possibly take in that much in parking fees. Let's do the math:

Again, way off. The average rate, considering how many more value and moderate rooms there are vs. deluxe, is considerably less than $250 per day.

I can't say anything about the other numbers, but Disney's recent report does quote room rates at an average of $200+ per night. I assume this includes all Disney hotels, not just Florida, and remember, there are rooms at the deluxe resorts that are huge amounts of money per night.

Well, $250 is considerably more than $200. Also, one can't assume the same occupancy rates for a $1000/night room as we might for a $100/night room. But just for the sake of argument, let's take that number ($200) as a good average. Even if every single room were filled (100% occupancy), that's a take of "only" $5 million per day.

However, I doubt occupancy at all Disney resorts averages out (through all seasons) any higher than 60%. So, understanding that there are seasons when they're probably close to 90%, and that these are offset by seasons in which they're probably closer to 30%, we can say the average daily take for room rentals is around $3 million per day. Even at that, it means an annual take of more than one billion dollars on room rentals alone.
