How much do points generally go for?

I'm considering a one night stay this weekend, and was wondering what a reasonable point/rate is for a last minute trip. Thanks for any advice. (I'm new to this whole point rental concept!)

This weekend is probably too short of a notice for someone to rent you points and for you to get the money to him/her. A rental for a day or a week under 30 days in advance of the reservation would require the money up-front from many DVCers renting points.

One night isn't worth the effort for many renters either.

I agree with the above statement. However, the answer is $9 - $11 point. Good luck.
