Hurray for Dismeets at PTC...

although I have to admit that the waitresses at PT freak me out a bit..they remind me a teeny bit of the nuns I had in the 1st and 2nd grades... (and they always seem to sense the person who is the most effected by them)

So sorry that the Ms were still sick but I'm hoping some good rest puts thems back on their feet...

Baylor is one of the happiest kids ever...he's always smiling...like he really means it......he looks like he be a total pleasure to be around...

Did you have nun that did the knuckle taps with rulers?
The Ms were up and at em the next morning! I was wary but pleased!
Baylor was so excited to have the group together this trip! He was Mr. Tour Guide for sure!

I love PTC! I always have a great time there! Last year I had to hold a sugar packet to the wall after having my elbows on the table.... Looks like you guys had a blast! I agree though, the food could be better.

We have never had any type of task to do, that sounds like a hoot!
I'll admit, my roast was a let down....

Thank you!! Yes, it does seem like we know a lot of the same DISers!! We haven't totally settled on specific dates yet but we're leaning towards the week after Thanksgiving. I am writing a PTR but it is for our May trip!! We're going 2 times this year!!

I was checking your May dates, you leave the day before we arrive.... bummer.

Guess what I did last night? (Hmm, I am almost scared to leave that for fear of what picture Shocker could find )

1-I booked 50's PTC for our June trip!! I checked out the kids menu to make sure my DD could find something to eat and then just went for it! I'm pretty excited!!

2-I started a PTR for my two upcoming trips!! Anyone and everyone Pretty Please come on over and read!!

Ohhhh yea! It's another couples only. We are wait listed for BLT the first 2 nights but have it the last 3. Isn't it a shame that Baylor is tired of Disney already in his young life? Oh well, fun times for Shocker and I!

I think you missed my 'bad MeMom' reply yesterday, but if it makes you feel any better (I know it makes me feel better), I think we are going to try to go to the Memphis Zoo during spring break. If we do that one day and then I spend one night in Alabama with the girls, I'll get through it okay. I have a laundry room that needs to be cleared out and cleaned out, so I will be more apt to get that done with some time to do it, too. Meanwhile, that ugly balance on the credit card can continue to shrink.

I'll look forward to pictures from you guys and tinkgurl, and hopefully you can meet up and send us a picture. If it works that you are all coming back through at the same time, we could do another hippo meet on that Saturday. We can toss that around after you guys decide for sure how you are traveling.

The plan is to drive all night, take turns driving....
Make it an hour outside of Orlando Saturday evening and spend the night. Get up the next morning and drive on into the Boardwalk and check in.
Go to a park and wait for them to text us when our villa is ready.
We will have to drink caffeine!

I've done the all night drive before. In 1999 we left after work and drove all night. We got to our hotel at 6, freshened up in the restroom, went to breakfast at McDonalds then caught a bus for DHS. Of course our all night drive is 11 hours, I think yours might be a little longer.

Yes you will have to drink a lot of caffeine...something about the way you wrote "Get up the next morning and drive on into the Boardwalk and check in" made me laugh......after you driving all night I am literally picturing the two of you driving on into the Boardwalk-

Our Spring Break is much later than yours. We have the week of March 29-April 2. I'm still trying to sneak some small trip this year, but so far Sam's holding strong. D23 even has a Food & Wine event on my 40th birthday in October. which is our Fall Break! But ~~ we'll be there for Spring Break/St. Patrick's Day 2011 for sure.
