I totally know how you felt about watching Harper on Small World. I remember the first time we went on it with Brooklynn - her head just bobbed from side to side trying to take it all in. I don't think I saw a thing but her the whole ride. The picture with you and Baylor looking at her and she's got her little hand up is so cute!

Hope you get some relaxing time tonight. Sorry to hear about more winter weather. Could you please wear it down before it comes this way this time? We've got sunshine and 60 today, and it is so much nicer than gray skies and 20! It has reminded us that there really will be a spring...eventually.

Congratulations to Baylor and his team. I have done so many, many, many tournaments in season and off-season. It's a lot of fun. The boys always played up, too, Trent in basketball and soccer and Drew in soccer and football. It's great experience, even if you lose, and it is awesome when you win!

I just spent the last half hour getting all these pen pal letters ready. Please forgive how horrible some of them are this time. This has been a crazy few weeks. I made notes on some of them about people who had moved, etc. My plan is to get them to the post office tomorrow afternoon.

I thought those pictures really did turn out pretty! Small World was my favorite moment this past trip!

Great updates!! That Harper is SUCH a cutie - sitting on the balcony, with her 3D glasses on, binky in her mouth, and on the Star Wars speeder. Love the family photopass portraits -- those are keepers for sure.

How on earth did that woman get to bring her dogs in?? They sure don't look like the "assistance" dogs for the disabled.

Yup, plan surely sounds like it should result in a drama free day. Why am I getting the feeling that the opposite happened?

Awwwwww... these are GREAT GREAT photos!! I love the group shots, the one of you and Marc wonderful!!! We didn't get any night time Christmas photos I wasn't on my game!!! ANYHOW, adorable photos on the balcony, and looks like, at least in the photos, everyone is having fun Harper sure is cute!!! The Savannah view seems perfect, we had standard view at AKL, but still were able to see animals which was nice. Seems like the best reason to stay at Kidani!

No, my # on my cell is still the same. The problem is that I don't necessarily have my phone anywhere near me in the evenings... I tend to leave it in my purse so I don't loose it!!! BUT we just got new phones, and my alert is "Walle" So now I will know!!! Also, I just downloaded "fantasmic" as my phone ring!!!!

The photo pass pics did turn out good, well, the ones did that I'm showing anyway!
We really enjoyed that balcony! It was just right to keep Harper contained! Plus there was entertainment!

How long you want to stay.
What sort of villa you want.

They are restructuring the point system and that is going to make it much harder on some folks I understand.
What you used to be able to do for 65 points is now going to be 75 I understand....
Marc and I try to avoid using our points on weekends, so we move out and use our AP rates then move back after the weekend, that sounds like a pain but it's worth it. When the restructure it won't be an issue, I guess.
You might want to come to DIS chat on Sunday evenings. It's DVC chat. They have lots of information.
You don't have to be a member to come into chat.
They are a welcoming bunch.
If there aren't lots of DVC chatters they will talk Disney in general...

We bought 210 points for now and ended up getting 2009 points as well. The weekends are a killer with points. We're booked at BLT in a 1 br Bay Lake view.
