How much $$ are points now? And what are the current dues $$

I'n so out of the loop, since I haven't been in the market for points. But I am now considering a small add on. Can anybody fill me in? TIA!

For 2003 the dues are.... per point:

OKW- $3.49
HH - $3.69
BCV - $3.97
VWL- $4.05
BWV- $4.10
VB - $4.37

Buying through DVC the price is $84 pt.........there is MB's for some resorts.

Well, I found out the current dues on my own, but I still can't find what the current DVC price is. Is it $84? I thought I read that somewhere. Also, do I remember correctly that DVC is buying back everything under $71/point????
I'm considering resale.... any good suggestions, what should I know? Thanks!

Smaller resales are harder to come by, but can be had in the low $70's per point giver or take depending on the exact deal. Also keep in mins you will pay for closing costs, which can run the total price per point closer to what Disney charges. Closing costs on a small resale are problably going to run you around $350.

They are doing MB on BCV and VWL (not may points at VWL though) and then any add on at 100 points or more - so for example you could buy BCV and then add on 100 at BWV and get MB there as well. VB has a $15 MB last time I checked

I guess with MB going thru DVC is the way to go for me since I can't find a resale with the right amount of points and use year. I plan on buying 100 points.
That would bring my price in line with a resale, plus I want to put it on my CC for the miles! Paying it off at the end of the month, of course. I don't like interest charges!
