Will be spending one Saturday in February (not President's day weekend) at US/IOA. Will I need express plus pass? If so, how much are they and where do I get the? I know that the regular express passes are available at the kiosks in the park, but where do yoj purchase the Plus ones that can be used all day? Also, are there any rides that are excluded? Sorry to say, I won't be able to stay onsite this time, so that perk is out. Thanks.

I can't really comment if you'll need them or not, and my info is a year old, but last year for the Sat after Pres weekend, if memory serves me right an express Plus pass was $15 for one park and $20 for both parks. We bought the $20 since we only had one day to do both UFS and IOA. As I recall many lines were't that bad (20-30 minutes waits, except for a couple), but we would not have been able to do all major attractions in both parks in the course of a day without them.
