How much are dues?

How much are dues? Just trying to figure out how much this would really cost. I was told that it would cost $14,250 for a deed of 150 points. I was told points cost $95. Now they have an incentive of a free vacation or $87/point... didn't think to ask if it was just for add ons or if it was for the original 150 points, though.

that is for the origianl purchase
add on's have a diffrent incentive
but you can buy as many points as you would like up front
you are better off doing add ons above the 150 in case you need to sell at some point.

Okay, last question in this thread...I hope. Are dues annual, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.?

Dues are computed on an annual basis (take the amount in the chart and multiply by the number of points owned at that resort). They may be paid in a lump sum (they are due January 15 each year) or may be paid in monthly installments by auto-debit from a checking account with no interest or handling charges.
