I do not know if that is the rate they are charging but I do remember it was the same rate for either 5 or 10 years when I purchased. The only way to get a lower rate was for one year.

The preferred rate is 10.75% for auto payments or 11.75% for those billing coupons right now.

I think I read somewhere if you pay 50% down, you can finance for 4.95% over 1 year.
