How Many X's Can you Transfer?

Apologies to all, realizing this issue has been covered on here, but can't seem to locate it at this time.

How many times within a useyear can you have points tranfered into your account?

I think you can have points transferred as often as you like, but they must be "one way", in other words, if you have points transferred in, you can not transfer any points out that year, and vice-versa.
