How Many Trips Can I Milk?~A PTR

She is SNORING right as we speak. She really tired herself out by SUCKING on her stuffed animal. Have you ever heard of a dog doing this? She sucks on a part of the stuffed animal just like a baby would suck on a bottle. Usually she picks the animal's nose or it's leg. She'll do this for HOURS at a time. My theory is because she was possibly weaned to early ? She's hysterical when she does it. Her eyes roll into the back of her head, and her breathing gets all deep...You gotta wonder WHAT must be going on in her mind !

I've had cats do that sucking thing before and I think your correct about the weaning thing. My Bailey dog presses her tongue against stuff and just holds it there. Full out tongue on like the couch...so weird.

I am def. subscribing to this!! I came across this from reading jess'(j_lehr)'s TR and wanted to check it out. Well 22 pages later I am subscribing! I am loving all your planning and your dog! I have a cat who I swear is more spoiled than the kids in my famil..lol!! Happy Planning!!

Awww I feel so bad for your student. That's terrible.

I have never heard of a dog sucking on a stuffed animal :lmao: Dogs are funny. My dog used to do interesting things with his larger stuffed animals. Put it this way, I think he was under the impression that the stuffed duck was his girlfriend :rotfl:

Excited about IRA?

So excited! I just booked plane tickets through Delta. Less than $200 roundtrip wasn't bad in my book. I also decided on the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta. Want to know what sealed the deal for me with the hotel? It looked the most "Disney" to me----in other words, it had bright colors, and neat, funky lights. Pitiful :sad2: .

That's HYSTERICAL! I don't know what I'd do if I saw Botox just tonguing the wall or the couch or the floor! What is that about?! :rotfl:

I think we should all drive down to Disney after the convention :lmao:
I cannot believe I'm going to be that far south and not get to see Mickey :sad2:

Okay, I am coming to your PTR from our Beverly conversation:lmao: ....I am hitting the hay, but I'll be back to read it! :)

You can't see her staples here, and I'm purposely trying to avoid posting them here. Some things are better left to the imagination!

Miss Botox is such a cutie. I love those pictures of her and her stuffed animal. Too cute!

Glad to hear Miss Botox is better, she certainly looks happy enough.

I bet your super happy with your new tiara, I hope you've put it somewhere safe so you can take it to WDW with you... I only wish they did free shrunken plastic tiaras at McDonalds in England, I'd be there every day :upsidedow.

And I guess its not just England then where the staff cant comprehend simple English :confused3

Tell me I'm not the only person about to bust a gut over the New Kids reunion!

You're not :lmao:

I remember seeing them in concert at Madison Square Garden in some ugly tshirt with all of their faces on it.

By the way, I love your new avatar :rotfl:

I love the DIS! I get all my news from it these days! NKOTB reunion??? Oh, yeah!!! Now, all of us that are in our late 20s/early 30s can relive our glory days!!! :rotfl2:

By the way, Happy Spring Break! Today was your last day of school, right?

I finally made it to Walmart and there was no Tink bodywash or anything. :sad1: There is another one I might be able to go to but I was so bummed because that was one of the main reasons I went there. :guilty:

Yes, I saw them down here in Florida. My father says it was the worst night of his life. :lmao: He says he still has flashbacks of the screams and all the 8-year-olds jumping up and down and dancing on their seats.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:woohoo: Time to break out my old NKOTB fanny pack and sleeping bag!

YES! I am on Spring Break! Thank goodness!

Oh no! I am so sorry! I wonder if they were out, or if that's a product they only carry locally??? :confused3 I hope you were at least able to get something else while you were there. :headache:

Hello All-

I AM ON SPRING BREAK!!!

I went to Faith's feis (fesh) yesterday. (Too cute!) I also have had good friends in town for the weekend with their new baby. I have lots of pics of all, but I will post those when I get back. There's no time now.

DH and I are packing up the car and getting ready to head off on our road trip! We won't be back until next Sat. night. I know I will feel SO BEHIND on everyone's PTRs when I get back. Please don't think I'm being rude by not responding---I'm just in a cabin in the middle of nowhere! I promise to try and get all caught up next Sun.

In the meanwhile, I leave you with a homework assignment. I need the following Disney-related questions answered.

1. I'm thinking of surprising my mom for our Oct. trip with La Nouba tickets. I understand they don't go on sale until 6 months out. Do they sell very quickly? Do you have to buy front and center seats to have a great view? When you buy tickets, are you able to pick exactly which seats you want, or you just pick a tier and they assign you? IS IT REALLY WORTH THE MONEY? In other words, is this a truly phenomenal show?

2. I also want some ADR suggestions for the Oct. trip. Friday night would be the La Nouba night. Where at DTD would you recommend eating for 2 adults on their way to the show? Sat. we'll be in Epcot for the Food & Wine---that will take care of our lunch---what are your suggestions then for dinner? Sun. morning I'd like to go to a breakfast (not in a park and not obnoxiously loud), which do you suggest?

3. Has anyone ever done a spa treatment at the GF? I was thinking of scheduling a mani/pedi for mom for Sunday after breakfast. How far out can you book that appointment? What were your experiences there? Since you can get a mani/pedi at your local salon for much cheaper, why would the GF one be so special----other than the fact it's at the GF?

4. If I don't do the GF spa for mom on Sun., what do you recommend us doing instead? (No park) We'll be driving home around 3, so what could we do from 11-3?

That seems like enough homework. I really hope to get some great answers from you all!

See you all in a week! :goodvibes

I'm only able to provide suggestions for 2 of your questions, but here they are:

I would suggest the Coral Reef for dinner in Epcot. I've read a lot of great, consistent reviews.
As for a quiet breakfast not in the parks, I would suggest Kona at the Poly. When we had breakfast there in January, it was quiet and relaxed. You can also try the Grand Floridian Cafe. That one seemed pretty quiet also.

If you don't do the spa at the GF, you can go shopping at DTD and pick up lunch there.

Have a great trip!!!

Have fun on your trip, Brittbritt!!! Can't wait to read about it when you get back!!!

I'll try my best with my homework assignment:

1. I've never been to La Nouba so I am no help there. :sad2:

2. What about Raglan Road at DTD? Their menu looks really good. As for Saturday at Epcot, what about the Italian place -- their decor always looks so beautiful to me! For breakfast, I would say Boma or Kona Cafe.

3. I've never done any of the spas. :sad2:

4. I second Native NYer on DTD -- shopping is always good. :thumbsup2

We'll miss you! Have fun!
