How many total points do you have?

I'm sure this poll has been done in the past, but here it comes again!

I think the top catagory should be 1000 and above. I have 500 points and I think a lot of people have more than I do. (I've talked to a lot of them!)

Never enough points. We have 450 (225 at BWV and 225 at BCV).

This poll does have a pretty low threshold. But, it's just for fun....let's see how many are over 500! (I know we've got some who post are well into the thousands of points).

I'd like to see more graduated steps after 500. I thinks it's always very interesting to see how many are at the top and and how far up that top scale goes. It doesn't include us, but it makes for a more interesting poll. Originator, can we add more top end graduations? Wouldn't it be interesting to see how many are over 750 or 1000? Even 1200?

We are barely into the highest catagory! We have 525 points, 375 at the BWV and 150 at the BCV. We were only planning to get 100 BVC points, but the incentive last Feb was just too good!!
My husband says that we are done, I guess we will see

Ok we are the low folks on the totem pole but here goes, we have 170 VWL and addon of 50 more at VWL for grand total of 220. Not near as many as most but enough fo a nice trip home once a year.

By the way the top category for the poll is fine. Isn't the upper limit 1000 points for any one membership? Unless of course you 'give' points to children etc. by having separate memberships. I've met some folks who have done that.

Very surprising to see that the majority of voters have over 500 points. That's a lot of bucks! My 460 was a resale: I wonder how many of the over 500 point folks have resales versus retails?

We presently only have 200 points at BCV, but as soon as we can we're going to add 100 points. I'm beginning to think that we'll never have enough!

I know of 2 people that post that have 1200 pts.

We have 525 pts and we bought both of our contracts (BWV & BCV) direct from Disney. When we bought BWV it was about to sell out (Oct of 2000) and we bought BCV as soon as it was available (Feb 2002). When I bought BWV I did not want to wait for a resale!

We bought OKW in 1999 from DVC ($65 pt) ........and bought VB through DVC ($62+$65+$69 pt) 3 separate contracts.

The rule for maximum number of points is no one can own more than 2000 points at one resort and no one can own more than 5000 total. I've have met a couple people with over 2000.

Just bought 150 pts at BCV last week!! Starting off low. My husband and I run a restaurant and time off is hard to come by. We usually make it to WDW once a year though but always Sun-Thurs NEVER weekends! I just booked a 1 bedroom at BWV for the 5 nights and just used 140 points. If we will vacation with this pattern, 150 should do us just fine. What happens?--Will we be finding ourselves NEEDING to go more than once a year?? Or will we start getting "spoiled" and want bigger accomadations?? After staying in regular rooms the past 12 years just the one bedroom will be a treat this year!!

JUST WONDERING HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE I WILL WANT TO ADD ON LIKE Y'ALL!!

2 small resales we recently bought. I would love to eventually have some VWL points.
