How many times did you eat at the same restaurant during one trip to WDW?

Obviously you have narrow tastes and if you enjoyed it, that is great. We love to do more than that, and I would never choose to eat at ESPN (or anywhere else in WDW) 7 times in one trip.

that's a leap - how would you know my tastes are narrow from the fact that we ate at a restaurant more than once...
perhaps my tastes are very broad, but i really happen to like a few particular restaurants and since i live half a world away, it's my opportunity to repeat an experience we particularly enjoy...

why is it some people on this board are so judgemental?
obviously i must have very narrow tastes because we ate at the sci fi 3 times. obviously.

why do you have to make such a judgemental statement?
why not just say, 'that's interesting"
and then say what you do, but without some negative comment about how i like to spend my vacation...

we've done ohana twice. last trip we wanted to do citricos twice--but ended up trying flying fish instead. we've also done kona breakfast twice.

i have a feeling when i go back with mom in may that we'll eat at kona every morning--even though we're at the boardwalk.

This is true. If someone wants to eat at the same restaurant everyday of their trip, so what? I don't think it means their tastes are "narrow", but maybe a number of factors played into their decision. A lot pf people eat at the same locations for lunch during the work week, for convenience and because they like the food, doesn't mean they have narrow tastes.

I totally agree. I'd love to eat at several places more than once during our trips, but it just doesn't end up that way. As a vegetarian living in a very meat and potatoes place, I LOVE when we are dining at WDW. I feel like I have options and great ones at that! Nothing wrong with going back to a restaurant you truly enjoyed especially when you have more on the menu to sample.

I think the only time I visited the same restuarant twice was Le Cellier.
My DH asnd I went one day while DD went somewhere else , then later that week we all went there.

One of the reasons why my Dad and I went there a lot is because we think their Wings are simply amazing and their nothing like we had before in any other restaurants. Plus I also like to order the Dinger Sandwich and their Clam Chowder Soup was seriously good, which was a nice surprise because I don't think anyone would expect that when looking at their theme.

Sorry that I offended some.
Rereading my post, I didn't express myself well. What I was thinking was that choosing to eat 7 times at a sports bar while in WDW is narrower thinking than mine. No offense meant. I wasn't trying to say OP has narrow taste, I was trying to say we like the wide variety of choices we don't get at home. Anyway, I'll stop here cause I am not sure I am making it better:woohoo:

Nov 10 we ate at Via Napoli three times...that is the most we have ever been to the same place in one trip.

We had reservations the first time and walked up the other two times (one for dinner and one for lunch)

that's why DD wanted to go back to sci fi - she thought the veggie pasta at sci fi was the best vegetarian meal she had at WDW....she probably would have been happy to eat there every day :)

and she would have been happy eating at the tangerine cafe for all her CS meals - she loves the veggie meal there as well!

My must dines are:

50's Primetime Cafe
Crystal Palace
Le Cellier

I am booked for a solo trip for part of my upcoming trip, then with family for the remainder of the trip. For my solo trip, I have an ADR @ the Crystal Palace & 50's Primetime for dinner, and am hoping to get a lunch ADR @ Le Cellier. For my time with family, I have a breakfast ADR @ the Crystal Palace, a lunch ADR @ the 50's Primetime Cafe & a dinner ADR @ Le Cellier. I guess I could try Les Chefs de France for lunch at EPCOT (never been before), but booked the ADR @ 50's to ensure I can eat, then get over to Fantasmic in time to get a good seat. Little concerned about dining outside the park, then worrying about rushing to get to the park, in the park and all the way over to the stadium in time.

And that theme is exactly what put us off from even trying the place all these years! We are not at all into sports stuff but when someone finally talked us into going there WOW we were so pleasantly surprised!

Those dingers are great aren't they? And they have a pulled pork sandwich to die for!

As far as visiting a place more than once, our trips are now quite relaxed and we don't always zip from park to park anymore. Taking myself to lunch at Tokyo Dining multiple times works for me because where I live there is no sushi and after lunch there I just wander around the lake and do a fair bit of people watching (while waiting for DH to finish up HIS yucky lunch at some burger joint LOL)!

Its always interesting to see what kind of restaurants people choose to repeat.

I've never eaten at the same restaurant twice in the same trip.

Ive never bven to the same place in one trip, though I tend to go back to the same places every time I visit WDW. This past trip, 12 days on deluxe dining, I picked a bunch of new places and enjoyed them all. I wish I had expanded my horizon earlier! I am going on a 2 day trip (business w/ an added night for myself to enjoy a park) and I am trying Olivia's, Chefs de France and Nine Dragons ( Nine Dragons because it was the only place with a ressie for 1 at the time I wanted). Im looking forward to these new places. I am also staying a night at a new resort, POFQ. Then transferring to the Dolphin for our conference. I might check out ESPN club with some coworkers on conference nights, as it seems close to the Dolphin. Thanks for the tip.

not me personally, but my cousin who always stays at the POLYNESIAN will do the character breakfast at O'Hana every single morning:upsidedow

We had a breakfast and lunch scheduled at Tusker House on different days, last trip. That is mostly due to the lack of table service options on the dining plan at AK though. Since lunch was on our departure day and we only had a few hours at the park, we ended up having quick service back at the hotel instead. That gave us an extra hour to wrap up our day in the park rather than having a TS meal.

If you include quick service when you mention restaurants, there has never been a trip where we did not have at least two meals at our hotel.

The past two trips we have eaten at Raglin Road twice. We love the place but the next trip we are skipping it to try something new.

During our trip last week, we ate at 'Ohanas twice. It is our absolute favorite restaurant to eat at Disney. Both times the food was unbelievable.

It's not unusual for me to eat at Beaches And Cream more than once per trip, but I might eat a burger and fries one time and only stop for ice cream another.

It's not table service, but during my last vacation or two, I think I've also eaten at Pollo Campero a couple of times each trip.
