How many standard view rooms at AKL?

AKL- how many standard view rooms do they really have? Touring Plans has some listed that are looking directly at the animals. Not sure? Are they right?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have found that Touring Plans room finder tool is highly inaccurate.

It looks like it with AKL. Just odd.

All the room on the one side of the wings in the front of the hotel are standard view looking out at parking lots. The other side of giraffe trail looks over the pool. There are some standard rooms that are partial animal view on Zebra trail. There is a Boma fence area in the view from balcony but I still saw giraffes in the morning when I had one of the partial view std rooms.

There are about 130 Standard view rooms at Jambo House. And as @Skippyboo explained there are a number of Standard view rooms that have a partial view of on of the the Safari trails.

Those may be the rooms above the "people pens". They do look at the savannas but directly below you is a fence. In the pics below, the rooms above that fence would be considered standard view but looking out they would see the savanna in the other pic, you can slightly see the fence still on the left. So its possible to get these rooms but as others have said, you could also get a parking lot view.
