150 A DAY!! Are you Japanese or what?

Nope... just a photo nut. I probably only use 1/2 of what I take... but with digital, who cares???:)

No film... no bad prints... no ugly negatives... no shoeboxes to hold my pics...

'What's up with the Japanese comment?'

Cultural sterotype. Based on scenes from any number of Hollywood comedies Japanese tourists are often depicted as 'shutter bugs', snapping pics of everything and anything. In fact I asked the chef who prepared our dinner at Teppanyaki to pose with our family and he made a reverse joke about it saying, 'You know how camera shy Japanese are!'.

I am guilty of taking pics of everything and anything. I even take pics of the trash cans at WDW. :p

I don't take a lot of people pictures. You won't usually find me in the pics. But I love taking scenery pics, detail pics, like signs on a wall, etc. I may not want to print all of them, but it sure is fun looking at the lengths Disney takes with their detailing.

We will be using our Digital Camera when we go, and I'm sure we'll take pictures in the hundreds. My Father in law will be bringing his laptop computer, so we will be able to empty our card in the camera.. frees it up for more pictures! When my husband and I went on our honeymoon (were in Disney for 3 days), we used 5 rolls of film! LOL We'll probably buy a couple disposable cameras for the kids to use. If I had to bring film, I think I'd hit one of the warehouse stores (if you're a member) and buy a large pack (or two) of film.. it's bound to be way more expensive in the parks. And it's better to have extra film w/you and not use it then to spend a fortune down there for more!

last trip between our two digital camera's we had 1942 pictures, we have a viao and download every night.

I bring a digital. The only way to go! I bring a 256 card and a 128. I use up the 256 and then go through half the 128 card. It is so easy to use since I can see right away how the picture will look and then can delete and retake if necessary. I then bring home the final count and download to Shutterfly.com. They send me out my prints and I get them in 2 days. I can't believe I used to haul around 20 rolls of film! Digital is the best!
