Not sure...but I consider it an Economy issue of sorts. My hubby was laid off and we have to go where jobs are. I'm sure others are in the same boat. I know several in my area that are relocating. And of those, many are relocating to the same general area (from Florida to DC).
Sign of the times---at least for our area.
Movers come for us in a week and me and the kids are on a train in 13 days. It was not a welcome transition as it was not our choice--but it is turning into a blessing in disguise.
(**hubby's job loss was directly related to a cut in govt funding. Can't say much more than that.)
