How many presents per child?

oh I forgot to add they each receive a couple of Santa gifts that are unwrapped under the tree.
Also Santa always leaves a few board games under the tree for the whole family.

I found some of the food stuff at the Target dollar spot myself that was a great deal!

I dont limit myself to a specific number of gifts but more to a dollar amount.. Usually DD8 gets more things than the other kids because the items they want are higher priced but this year I am getting her a big item so she will have less things.. It'll probably be closer to around 7-8 things each and then some stocking stuffers..

We usually do around 5 for each, one big thing, 4 smaller things. This year we are thinking about a new big screen tv or a second computer so then they would each get a couple smaller things with the big group present.

My sister's MIL buys 25 presents for each grandchild, spends about $2000/kid, there are 14 grandkids, it takes them 6 HOURS to open presents, then it goes to the adults but they only get 10 each .

Holy cow! $2000 per kid???!? Does she need any more grandkids? Dang!
