How many premium annual passes can a dvc member buy?

Can I purchase them in Orlando? If so, anywhere special to purchase them or at any park?

There is a limit of eight per household, per 12-month period.

You can purchase at WDW at any park ticket window or guest relations location. The resorts are unable to any transactions related to annual passes.

You can also purchase in advance on-line or by calling memeber services; in that case you don't get the actual pass until you show up at WDW. If there is hidden question here as to how many of the PAPs one person can buy under the current $484 DVC discount program and use them in the future then be aware, if you are not, that any such PAPs must be activated by January 31, 2015 and thus there is no benefit to buying multple ones so others can be used in years after that.

My daughter and her husband are DVC members and are going to buy the PAPs this year. She asked me if they could buy one for her MIL who is going with them on their next trip in September and I told her no. Only people who live at their address are eligible. She said how would they know? I'm pretty sure they check IDs when you pick them up, right?

All adults (ages 18 +) need to show a photo id with the same address as on the membership when the passes are issued at WDW.
