How many park days with toddlers?

I think we may be a little ambitious with our plans. We will be there May 2-12 this year w DD 5 and DS almost 3. We have 2 MK days, 1 AK, 1 HS, 1 Epcot, 1 legoland, 1 universal, 1 Epcot/MK, and 1 HS/MK.... My DS is a stroller sleeper and a trooper... My DD not so much! Hubby and I have always been rope drop/commando/close the park down visitors. I am envisioning a few afternoon naps back at the resort this trip! Lol we will just have to play it by ear...
