I watch very little.
In my growing up years, I used to watch a LOT of TV. Then in college, we did not have cable and not a lot of time, and I got away from watching TV.
As a young mother, I used to watch TV again. But as the years went on, I watched less and less. I blame it on the HUGE number of channels and the remote. DH and I have different tastes in what we like to watch. And it was always more important for him to watch what he wanted than what I wanted.
Then when I DID sit down to watch, I could not stand the channel surfing. No sooner did I begin to become involved in some program - CLICK - it was off to ANOTHER channel.
So I am not very in tune with all of the popular shows.
I read about them in the newspaper though.
And besides, I really am offended by MUCH of what is shown on TV these days. So I guess I am better off.
Thank God for the internet and this site. It is how I spend what would be "my TV time." And saves on arguments (well, MOST of the time) about what it on TV. I do note what is on most of the time because the TV is to my back as I am on the computer and can hear it.
Does anyone else watch little TV?
