How many is TOO MANY clementines to eat in one day?

Now, let's see if I can get this right...

The clementine is a (mostly) seedless mandarin, and the satsuma is a Japanese seedless variety. I think... ;)

I almost spit my clementine all over the screen when I just sat down to play online and saw this thread!! Honest to goodness, I'm eating one right now.

I say eat as many as you want. I usually have 2 at a time, a couple times a day. The are very Weight Watchers friendly :teeth:

I would say, if there are still some left in the box, you haven't had too many!

I SERIOUSLY love them! So do my kids--we all look forward to getting them this time of year. It's not unusual for a box to go in a day, but I have three kids so it's not just me. I definitely do my part in eating healthy, though!

Well....if you can consume the entire box in one day, then that maybe too many to eat in a day.

Thanks OP! You just cost me $10 at the grocery store as I had to buy two crates after reading this thread:rotfl:

Well, DD can polish off a box of them in a couple hours :rotfl2: . I have to limit her.

LOL! sorry!

I say, enjoy them while you can! It's not a long "season" for them...by Mid-January they start to get "dry" and not as sweet.

I'm working on my second one of the day...

Does anyone know why this is? It seems like every other fruit and vegetable can be had year round anymore, but Clementines come just once a year.

My house smells like a FL orange grove thanks to DH and his love of them. I kept thinking man I love this new air freshener I'll have to find out what scent it is, about a week later it dawns on me.
