I just reserved a preferred room at AS Music for 3 adults (dh, my mom and myself) and my 2 kids (2 and 1). The 2 year old will sleep in a bed, the 1 year old in a pack and play (she will just be turning 1 when we get there). Does anyone know if this will be a problem because there are technically 5 people? Has anyone done this?
The reason I ask is because one travel agent (a friend of my sil) said that it was too many people and not allowed- I questioned her even if the baby is in a pack and play and she said that it happened to her and that I should not list my 2 year old on the reservation. Then I called AAA to see if I could get a better rate through them and asked about all of us in an AS room and she said it was okay- she had a Disney rep on the other line and switched between us. I have a confirmation number and the agent took all of our names- 3 adults and 2 kids. Do you think I will have any problems? I am only questioning it because of what the first travel agent said. I don't want to get there and have a problem, but if I put my deposit/pay for the room, if they have a problem, wouldn't they be "at fault" since they took my reservation?
Thanks in advance for your responses.
