*How many forum posters does it take to change a light bulb?*

:rotfl:
Not to mention:

There is also the 1 person who posts and flames everyone for not using compact fluorescent bulbs because they use less energy and the planet is being drained of it's natual resources. Making sure that at some point in the post they use the phrase: "what legacy will we leave to our children?"

Then you'll have another DISer who agrees and jumps on the "flame-wagon" saying GO GREEN! and detailing how they light their home using some illuminating contraption involving reflective metal and harnessing fireflies.

2 posters who ask for the plans to the "alternate lighting" to be emailed to them.

4 more people who ask for the email too not even knowing what it's for.

You forgot the one that changes it and shuts the switch off so it wont burn out and will save electricity.

BTW the compacts flourescents are made in 3rd world counties as it's to expencive to make here. They also have mercury in them and lead solder on the circuit boards. This makes them hazardous waste. Great for the envorment. Shut the light off if you want to save energy. David Susuki stay off my porch. If you touching my incandescent bulbs you will be shot for traspasssing. lol :lmao:

Don't forget a DISclaimer to avoid becoming responsible should someone try this in their own home only to have unfortuante results!

:lmao: :rotfl2:

(ok oddly enough I had a medical call this week - uncontrolled bleeding from cuts resulting from a light bulb :confused3 )

This is halarious and SO accurate!

But you forgot to mention the 3 people that begin to attack this post because the OP and following posts are so mean and inconsiderate. Then 30 that jump on that band wagon.

popcorn::

Thanks, that was a great laugh that I needed & SO TRUE!:lmao:

Viewing this thread was my first foray back on the DisBoards since returning July 17 from The Place Where Magic Lives -- yeah, yeah, that should be my own house, where all light bulbs are working, but boo hoo it's actually many miles away in Central Florida:sad:

Thanks everyone for the additional suggestions on this thread. Too funny.
