I bought in 2001 and 2 months later ended up moving to Orlando. But I still love DVC - it makes for a great local escape and it is also wonderful for when family wants to come down and visit the parks.
And whoever it was that mentioned Florida drivers - I'm with you! Having grown up and learned to drive in NJ, I'm used to aggressive drivers but I always at least felt that the weavers on the GSP were in control of their driving. Down here, I just can't figure out how half the people on the roads passed their driving test! And folks...that little stick on the left of the steering column is the directional signal...try using it next time you want to switch lanes!

so I bought my first 150 at HH in '98. Still haven't made it to HH! I love going over to the Lodge during the holidays, OKW is the best in the summer and BW and BCV are great when friends from out of town are visiting. Then there is Vero....I just add the wave runner and run over for a summer weekend trip. Going to try to do the dive in front of the Ocean Grille this year!
