You know, I sometimes feel like a complete failure because I've only been married once and have never divorced. In some circles it's almost a social stigma.

Zero & zero. We started dating in high school, got engaged during college, and got married the week after graduation.

I will say that some people do surprise me, though. I’m a guy and even I saw all of these red flags with one woman I knew. She was going to become the third wife. Dude had two ex-wives, children with both of them and had a kid with a third woman as well. Fast forward, he cheated on her and the woman he was cheating with married him. So apparently, someone out there thought that this guy who is cheating on his third wife would be a good one to marry and become his fourth wife. I told my wife that he’s a train wreck and I don’t understand any woman who would even consider getting coffee with him once they knew his background.

Different strokes for different folks.

Hey, some other woman vetted him and found him worthwhile of being in a relationship. Easier to just take a man who’s been pre-approved than to do the work yourself, amirite ladies?

(I actually read that once as a scientific theory for why women would be attracted to married men.)

High school I had a serious boyfriend. College and beginning of career, I dated a lot but never had a super serious relationship. But that doesn't mean I didn't have my heart broken.

Boyfriends - Three that counted. 2-1/2 years with the first when I was a freshman, two others 6-months each.

Wives - zero ... Girlfriends - Zero ... Other woman/girl ever kissed - Zero --- Or even others having 1 date - Zero

ps - met in 1st Grade 1956 and rarely spoke to each other until a happenstance meeting in 1972 when she pulled into the gas station I was working at and we talked about the school years we went through together while I was filling the gas tank with $0.45/gallon and I cleaned windshield. 49 years married in June
